HRinEssence started out as a generalist HR consultancy in 2004 built on over 25 year’s experience in management and human resource management. Since then we have developed into a more integrated partnership with our clients.

HRinEssence is headed up by Elsa Reid who has a unique combination of experience from management and HR management in organisations within both the private and public sectors. In addition to her training and development skills she brings expertise in delivering stress-reduction techniques to managers and staff in the workplace.
